What is your budget...? Mike bainbridge built me one a few years ago. Je Pistons. Twin plugged ,arp. Crank fired ignition. 964 cams. 10.4/1 cr Made 270bhp 241 torques! with WS remap. Intake was std and exhaust headers std with a B and B rear silencer and straight through Pre silencer. All those bits on yours are different so should make more. 20 hp over a stock engine so with the right cams maybe 25-30 over mine. .? Sure it could be done but at what cost.......... Mine cost a significant amount more than the 3.6 transplant of the day. When I say significant I mean. ALOT. Hope that helps Db

I think your bang on. Life's too short. Get on with it. If it's not working after 6 months move it on. Happy searching!

Monty, Cargraphic or Dansk, 2 in 1 out, with SSI's?
Bronco replied to Dr Rock's topic in Exhaust System and Cabin Air/Heating
I have a BandB one in two out on. Amazing rally car sound but capped it off after an hour with ears ringing. Still sounds great as a one out. -

Used classic car last year. They're great.

The above seems to make sense to me too old bean.. Totally believe it used to run at 270bhp as my 3.4 does and similarly 240ftlb of torque. So if your that far down on power there's a rabbit off somewhere. Bet it doesnt take much to wreck the figures. A bit like if your four cylinder car goes onto three.. It still runs but far from prefect. ( crap example I know ). I think the lads are trying to say that there must be something ( however minor ) not quite right. What do the experts say..? Mr Bainbridge Mr Schofield. Etc?

Looks similar to a Nardi Torino I have fitted. Possibly an older version

290728558757. This is the item number of a helix performance clutch off eBay. Anybody any info or using one?

For me the table above actually shows on a 3.2, ssi's mainly benefit the lower end. Which I don't think is any secret. If you look at the premuff and 2 out top end figure, only 1 bhp behind the Ssi figure with 2 out. But 7 behind at the lower end. I bet you couldn't feel that anyway. Still that said, look nice and sound great!

Don't cs's have either a better map and/or slightly increased redline? Or have I just made that up???
