just curious , would this LE have had a five speed box ? i believe one or two cars were brought in with special cams ,never been able to find one , but that would nt get it to anything like 380bhp, cams i m told gave better mid range punch................is this turbo still around ? -
not for me thanks , most of mine now pre impact bumper ............good luck with it all
-
have most recently been in Shakespeare tower ,but these days somewhat infrequently, politely speaking i have an arrangement !.........getting old and retired these days ! U may have seen Blutorange 2.4 s , champagne yellow early '65 SWB, my Son and i 'share' some he works very hard so i exercise them ! Anything with aluminium number plates of course seems to fail congestion charge cameras ..........such a shame!!!! will look for u if i m around on july date

Tom, i ve got 330bhp on my flattie , standard ex factory..........from standard, factory provided bigger intercooler, bigger turbo 'sports exhaust ' had the opportunity to replace cams so we used from 964 .............DONT make the mistake of comparing it to ur recent 993 turbo!! only 4 speed box but red line in lower gears ,no problem does nt run out of steam ..........could be the one u ve tried isa bit iffy ? ps passed on the other little local matter , bought genuine john willhoit ,California car.......appreciated ur input
