  1. Current owner has decided to keep it, from what I've heard, although I notice it is still for sale on PH. He's sunk a fair bit of cash in to it.

    3.2 litre SC engine

Regarding this: http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/detail.as...193&sc=IRIB What are SC engines like once they've been enlarged to 3.2 litres? I assume a bit more torquey at the expense of being so free-rev'ing. Would that be right? A nice mod or ruining the character of the engine?
  3. I've used Quickfit safety belt service in the past (to fit rear belts to a 944) and would recommend them. Top guys.
  4. How cheap would an otherwise reasonable SC with rust B posts have to be? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1981-PORSCHE-911...#ht_2562wt_1150 (It needs new wheels too!)
  5. No connection, but if this checks out it is a good price... http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/detail.asp?i=3822174 And is this factory...http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/3820704.htm?
  6. Given that link doesn't work, do we assume Bruce B's car sold?
  7. That Ireland car has only 48k miles! Shame about the Sporto conversion.
  8. Seems like very good value. Do we know why it hasn't sold? Just the colour?
  9. But what an appalling advert. Could the seller have invested less time in the photos and write-up?
  10. Anyone feeling brave? Its got to be worth a look: http://www.rpmtechnik.co.uk/sales/stock-li...in-preparation/
  11. Mark. Just out of interest, how many miles has the car done? If I understand your advert correctly you are saying 26,000 km since a (top end?) rebuild. I guess you are saving lots of details for once a motivated buyer contacts you.
  12. Chaps. Why hasn't the Carrera 3.0 at Eporsch sold? Is there a story?
  13. I remember this car from a Tried and Tested article in P&911World. I have always been intruiged by it and had seen the advert here. I have to admit being a bit gutted that it has been stripped but I am sure it moves on to bigger and better things. Good luck with the build.
