Sold all my collection, disc players etc about 5 years ago, there's still seems to be a small dedicated group that use and love this media.

Rumour has it that if you listen carefully enough at a Tesla charging point you can hear Elon Musk chuckling away!

I have to stop hanging around Ladies Hairdressers, I'm likely to get arrested one of this day!

From past experience, waiting at the Ladies Hairdressers can be an very long and tedious time, I hope you took a good book, mind you read the problem pages in the woman's magazines can be an entertaining!
But bet the Lasagne afterwards helped ......................

Not sure if this has been covered before but Valvoline now make a fully Synthetic VR1 20w-50 with the same level of Zinc and Phosphorous as their mineral equivalent.

I like the idea a lot, 356 is my my favourite, as above I'd like to see the black 911 front to rear as I think that better defines its classic shape than rear to front does
I wonder what exploding a side view of say a 959 or say newer GT3 would look like?

Why can’t you fit the whole piece in go? You sort of glossed over that
Exactly.
If it has to be chopped, is it not easier to cut the dangly bits, reweld them and add a strengthen patch.

Right Folks update time.
Firstly, thanks for all the info detailed above.
So between the 14 -18 Oct I have arranged a convey of 8 cars to visit both the Porsche and RUF factories (the latter now charge!), we also hope to take in both the Porsche and Mercedes museum.
There are a further 6 attendees but due to work commitments will fly in just for the Porsche factory tour and return the following day.
Once the trip is finished I'll fine tune my itinerary and post it on here if its of interest to others that may want to do something similar in the further.

Mr Gebhardt certainly knows his Fuch finishes, they look great.

Mileage alone is just one reference point, its how its been used during its life will also be a factor.
Steve Winter at Jaz say's G50 are normally bullet proof, so are you sure there is no wear in the clutch and all its ancillaries - fork, fork shaft, bearing, pressure plate, etc.

Silly question, do you think it maybe better to fully recover (or say 90%) then crack on with it, rather than doing little bits which maybe prolonging the recovery time.
I'd miss the updates, but well being far more important as is cake consumption!
Why do we do it?
