  1. Any takers for both bumpers and all associated parts for £400 before I stick them on eBay at the weekend? That's £1300 of parts and lightweight bumpers.
  2. Yes the offside is still up for grabs.
  3. Late 3.2 / 964 Sports Seats are both the comfiest and the most supportive with deep bolsters. They weigh a ton though.
  4. I'm happy with whatever comes. I'll probably etch prime it black if needs be.
  5. I read somewhere 7ish kg. I thought it was here, but I can't see the post now.
  6. I've put a deposit down on a set of 16" 7&8s in gold for mine. Should look nice against a backdated car. Delivery advised as early March, depending on suppliers.
  7. A reflector bar for cars up to 1986 (I think). It has a bit of lacquer peel, but this looks like it could be polished off with a fine cut. All the pegs are present on the rear, but I little of the silvering has come away on the P, O and the very end of the bar. £100 posted within the UK
  8. The front bumper comes with a 964 rubber smile to finish it too. That's about £800 of parts all in. I'm open to close offers on either/both bumper.
  9. Just to add, very recent rubbers are included with the skirts.
  10. Only the offside is available. You're welcome to buy it, but I don't get to London much these days.
  11. I can't see any reason it wouldn't. You'd need to bond the end you cut off, but they're the same shape up to the curved "long" bit.
  12. 😂Only after 20 minutes of trying to get it through the boot opening, giving up then trying the passenger door instead.
  13. GRP backdate front hood for sale. This has the latch mount in the IB location meaning you don't have to cut your slam panel out to make it fit. Seems very well made and strong. I bought it from Nige a while ago but I've extended my steel bonnet instead. £150 collected from North Lincs.
  14. A pair of Porsche SC front wings. Both appear pretty solid with no major rot in the usual spots except a patch on the inside of the offside as pictured. Headlamp bowls solid etc. An easy refurb for someone. £120 each or £200 for both, collected from North Lincs.,
  15. Two SC sideskirts. They appear solid although one has a lump of gobbo on the inside (nothing showing outside). £70 collected from North Lincs.
  16. EB Motorsport GRP bumpers in an SCRS style. These are for a narrowbody SC. The front bumper comes with bespoke aluminium crush tubes made to the correct length to mount it as standard ones are too long. £250 without the indicators (3 years old, genuine Bosch) or £350 with. These are £500 from EB with no tubes or indicators. The rear bumper has had slits put in to get to the bolts to remove it and a notch cut out from the valance section for a centre out exhaust. These would be easily filled as part of a rework and repaint. £150 as is with generic numberplate lights. This is a £500 part from EB. Collection from North Lincolnshire only. The pictures have become jumbled up. They are; Rear Front Front Front Rear Rear
  17. No. Even if you used the same type of pistons you would still have the same ratio as you keep the same crank for each application. You're not shortening the stroke on either engine. the 3.2SS is juts used to refer to a 3.0 that is now 3.2 litres displacement, but using the original 3.0 crank. Mahle 98mm kits come with 10.3:1 pistons anyway, or you can spec your own.
  18. Both the 3.0 and 3.2 from the factory have 95mm P&Cs. They just lengthened the stroke on the 3.2. A 3.2SS (shortstroke) is a 3.0 that has been fitted with 98mm P&Cs. If you fit those to a 3.2 you end up with a 3.4.
  19. Ah, cheers for that. I'll look into acquiring a set.
  20. Yeah, that's pretty much what I'm after. It's just a bit frantic and noisy at autobahn cruising speeds. Given the torque on tap I can put my foot down at 80mph in 5th and it takes off like it's in 3rd gear on a 3.0 so I won't miss a chunk with a taller gear. When you say late model 3.2 is that a gear set out of a G50? Are they a straight swap?
  21. I'll be following your 915 rebuild closely. Mine is pretty fresh since it was rebuilt a couple of thousand miles ago with all new dogs, sleeves synchros, etc, but with the Varioram pushing out north of 300bhp I feel like it might prove to be the weak link. I didn't get the fancy retaining plate at the time as it was built to attach to my old 3.2SS and didn't feel it was necessary. I love the rush with the shorter 915 ratios, but feel mine could do with a taller 5th gear. If I decide to get mine done again in the not too distant I'll be looking at options for that.
  22. As Jonny was alluding to earlier, I would just buy one of his fuseboards with the relays built in. They are a cracking bit of kit and will futureproof a lot of gremlins.
