Eighties excess in detail...

Random web surfage uncovered the frankly brilliant 1000SEL Website, a place where the discerning fan of eighties tuners can find much solace for his soul...

Things like the DP Motorsport 935...

The Gemballa Avalanche...

Also available in an unknown to me, four headlight configuration...

The interiors were a thing of wonder (the second car features a screen in the middle of the instruments which relays images from the door mounted rear-facing cameras)...

As was the in car entertainment...

I for one didn't know Koenig dabbled in 911s, don't know why, but the front reminds me of a TVR...

Not IB-related but I feel compelled to include a shot of the interior of the Steefson Car-modified BMW 7 Series...

no but I like the DP 935 a lot

I agree, DP is acceptable as they made the bodywork for Kremer K3 etc.

I agree on the other issue too ;)

It's 80s excess with a modicum of taste and style. The body mod's look like they've been done for a performance reason rather than just pontificating adornment like the others shown above.

Having said that the photo could be playing tricks and it's actually gash in the flesh. I love the rims though.

Another pic here, I guess it's because they haven't messed too much.

And another with a bit different bumper work, a bit too flash for me though. What would the neighbours think!

I was thinking that Steve, I should've put a typo in to catch him out.

Anyways I only got a D grade in GCSE English Literature & Language and that would have been much worse if it wasn't for one assignment that required some colouring in!

I think you'll find a typo in there!

Not getting you to write copy, just balance my opinion. So far I'm ignoring you; what a load of rubbish

The DP is quality it reminds me of Chester road Porsche which I used to ride past every day when out bike training in the 80s .They had a 930 flat nose in black that just looked evil and fast standing still

It also reminds me of denim durex you could get from vending machines in those days

Content gold - thank you kind sir ;)

Why ask if you are going to ignore? You just come on here to cause trouble anyway.

All the fun of the 'Poke Nige' stand. An idea for Husborne this year
