Just had my renewal with ClassicLine, £311 with current AV, need a new AV and I've  contacted the sheriff for that. That's with a newer engine and the G50 box and body mods. 5000 miles per annum and includes european cover and also european breakdown cover. Hagerty quoted £637, way to much!

Interestingly they told me quoting the forum membership gives me a discount which is equal to the discount for PCGB membership.

Interesting, I’ve just had my renewal quote from Classicline also, £474 down from £494 last year, that’s AV at £90k breakdown, full legal cover and home and European breakdown cover but only 3k miles

Its your AV, when I spoke to them they said its a pound extra for every thousand pounds of increase in AV, an increase of 9k in my AV resulted in an increase in premium of £9. Having said that your premium looks a bit spendy. I'm assuming you've a clean license etc. Either that or your car is a special edition attracting a higher premium.

That's weird, I had my 993 insured with Classic Line with limited mileage (also 3k).   October last year, because I was doing a trip to Switzerland, I phoned to increase the mileage and check on the Europe cover.  I was told that Europe cover is included and that all classic car policies are now UNLIMITED mileage.

I am in the process of renewing with them and they said the same about mileage - nothing on the schedule states a limited mileage value either!

I will be double checking this week......insurance went up by about £20 on last year though....

I’m also a member of tipec and Classicline are their main sponsor and offer a discount to members as long as you give them your membership number, time to do a bit of shopping around methinks
