fitting velvet door stips for a 911

Hi Guys,

 

Just got a set of velvet door stips for my 911 in hope of reducing wind noise whistling from the leading edge of the door . The felt seals are supposed fit aside to the door rubber seals, screwed to the roofline & underside of the A-pillars . As my car has no screw holes, I need your assistance with measurement to location of how close /far from the edge of the roof and A- pillar do I need to stick the felts down, hence then the screw holes will follow. any help will be much appreciated.

 

Also do the felt/ velvert strips open out - away from the interior to expose the screws or inwards? Regards,
