Hi.

Here's the spec on my ROW 3.0 204hp engine:

 

180hp heads with 38mm intakeports

964 cams timed at 1,35

9.8:1 CR

Full sequential Electromotive TecGT engine management

46mm PMO throttlebodies

Complete backdated Dansk exhaust and heaterboxes

 

Engine produces 256PS and 301Nm at approx. 6700rpm.

Gives approx. 225Nm at 2000rpm.

 

A totaly different and much more dynamic engine to drive :-)

Cause if its in the region of 7K, Id rather use the money to get another Porsche say a 3.2 and keep the SC lightweight and more or less standard except for maybe an exhaust and headers ;)

As a guess:PMO’s and ignition 5000Cams 450Fitting 1500Rolling road and setup 500BHP / , money well spent.

 

Not that far off: approx 10K :-)

This car is much mor fun to drive than a 964 and it totaly parks a 3.2 i the dust :-) :-) :-)

 

 

But best of all is how it performs on really good Porsche roads. The flex this engine has is just mindblowing :-)

Forgott to add: almost everything in the fuelsystem is new, a ton of bits and pieces, extra gauge for AFR ++++.

The car, a 1978 911 3.0SC Targa, is almost a showroom car and as many details as possible has been taken care of, and STILL not finished :-)

Dude my engine bay looks like a washing machine lightly coated in rust coated grime , you wouldn't be eating anything , even Brighton anything off its general nastiness..... Anyhooo Shirish , if you want a hoon let me know..
