Under the trunk wiring is split into two, to remove it you disconect a plug I think at the fuse box and maybe a wire from a terminal iirc at the fuse box all the dash clocks etc being one section all the rest that is left has to be withdrawn first into the footwell then pulled from the centre tunnel and out from the engine bay its through the squarish sleeve /chanel that houses it in the tunnel. There is only one loom/section that goes through that tunnel on an sc anyway if that helps, cant remember if the rear lights are attached to that section ,if its a realy long piece you have then I guess they are , hopefully someone else can clarify .

What's coming out of 6? Looks like 2 cables on your pic.

I would guess that they are pipes to do with the Carbon Canister, one of the pipes would go to the air filter, not sure about the other.

The system is mostly stripped out of my car, apart from the odd remnant, and so difficult to confirm.

I was going to build the front suspension tonight but the incorrect wishbone was sent to me.

So I started on the sound deadening.

Ran out of time today, tomorrow I'll finish with the underlay and finish the loom.

993 seals fit nice. Look much neater.

The 993 seals is definately on my to do list when the glass comes & the car gets painted (one day!).

Did you use 993 glass with the seals or can you use the 3.2 glass?

I'm enjoying the progress on this, it's a lot of the jobs I need to do but am too lazy at the moment. :D

I used the 3.2 glass.

If you don't want trim on the other seals (front and rear) apparently you need to buy 993 seals and glass.

I just pushed some thick electrical wire into the seal where the trim would go. It's hidden and spreads the seal like the trim would. Far easier than fitting the trim too.

I also fitted the cup mirrors I purchased, unfortunately they were LHD ones.

The seller didn't know this and has kindly given me a partial refund to put towards some RHD bases to convert them. I'll also need some RHD glass as the passenger glass is magnified.

It's a while off fitting bumpers but the EB Motorsport SC RS front and 3.0 RS rear bumpers arrived along with some tail light housings. I went with the SC RS front as it looks similar to a standard impact bumper and I may run a black strip along it to simulate the standard rubber bits. I didn't want the reflectors on the rear bumper (SC RS rear) so went with the smoother 3.0 RS rear bumper.

I'm not sure that I'm happy with it. I used a cut near the edge of the hide which is a little thicker and not as even. I'm debating wether to pull it off and try again with a cut near the middle of the hide

Thanks, it's getting there.

I took the dash out and stretched the leather in a few patches where it was pretty wrinkled. Look a lot better now.

Found the steering column in a box so fitted that.

Thanks for the links.

I was thinking either these...

http://www.rallylights.com/sm6024bh-hella-90mm-bi-halogen-high-low-headlamp-kit-for-replacement-of-7-sealed-beam.html

or using these and cutting the original dish out...

http://furoreproducts.co.uk/projector-headlights/39-combined-dip-main-beam-projector-headlight.html

Either way I think they need to be kept silver or chrome inside.
