I know im off topic by a country mile

Decided to get the old girl back on the rd but she needs an engine building and I don't have time

I'm looking at putting another 1380 cc fast rd engine or similar

Anyone got any recommendations

Thanks Kenny

Been a long while since I owned an A series but, ML Motorsport in Kent had a good rep, did a few 1293 supercharged units. AC Dodd builds the heads from memory.

Swiftune as above always had a good rep as did MED and Oselli, just avoid minisport!

Thanks guys have used MED and swiftune both good but been a while since I've done anything A series

and there costs have gone up some what !

Was thinking a smaller outfit I might get a better beal

MED was going to be about 5K without even trying

Didn't want to spend quit that much !

Not used mini sport what's the storie there ?

No end of people have had issues with Minisport engines....... built to a budget despite their prices.

Give ML Motorsport a call, AC Dodd is known for his head work, or just drop a different engine in and a new front subframe or I'd supercharge personally.

Guy knows his stuff...... he built a 911 supercharged from an SC but don't hold that against him....... from memory he made it into a 993 shape........

He is an expert in supercharging A series engines.

He's also the guy I bought my 964 engine from. It turned out to have a snapped head stud............
