Gasket set choice for 3.6 rebuild

I would go Elring and buy the proper Porsche case through O-rings.

Thanks for that have you tried the Reinz ones , made in Germany so thought they may be ok

To be fair, no I haven't and they probably are fine its just i remember reading somebody's thread on Pelican where they were going on about a few issues with some of the gaskets within that set.....might have been BS but I went with Elring all the same to be safe.

Did my recent top end rebuild with a Reinz gasket set - it was missing the camshaft O-rings and intermediate shaft O-ring - might have just be my bad luck...

 

Quality of the gaskets seemed OK otherwise.

Thanks will probably end using them and may switch out a few items

Reinz are ok in my experience, used loads of them.

Cheers Tea, I read something on Pelican and they were recomending Wrigtwood ,an American brand . Still I feel assured that the Reinz will do the job .
