^ joking of course.   They are doing a set for Electrocooler as we use the vents a little differently.

Playing devils advocate here. Why not just turn the original duct round?

I thought the whole point is that it pointed to your feet no?

If that points cool/hot air straight at your nuts then your toes will still be falling off in the winter even if it does help your betty swolloks in summer.

What you want is a flap to direct it forward or backwards.

^.  The blend valve is divided into two halves.  The half nearest the front of the car is cold air,  the other half is hot.

On our system we only direct the cold air to the body and the hot still goes to your feet.

In the original system, that plastic part is designed to mix the hot and cold together and prevent hot or cold spots on your legs.   We achieve the same blending by running the hot into back of our blower.

I’ve spent a lifetime looking at this I’m sure you can tell...

let us know if it works. I am driving in France next year and after a couple of hot days here with the windows down and still roasting, am thinking of options. I wish I could stretch to Jonny a/c as that is the answer, alas its not in budget for the moment.

5 minute fit, blown away (pun intended) by the performance.... excellent and reversible come winter time to keep the toes toasty!
