I think its based on a V8 that was used in all sorts of stuff inc commercial vehicles , Lamborghini helped develop the V10 version

Prob like saying a 924 has a van engine

Engine?

Engine started life as a cast iron V6 & V8 (VA Family).

Lamborghini (then under Chrysler ownership) redesigned the unit for the Viper as an alloy V10.

The V10 was eventually fitted in trucks in an attempt to make the fastest production pickup.

Where to Italy or Dubai? Looks a lot of fun for the money

I'm watching a live classic car auction with ACA

£5250 plus fees for this https://angliacarauctions.co.uk/classic/sunday-21st-june/1988-mercedes-w126-500-sel-auto/

The Saabs are doing quite well there this weekend...:twocents:

I noticed that, maybe their time has come!

Lexus LS400 failed to go above £3750, lot of luxury for the money for the pennies

I am so glad I didn't see this before the weekend. So many cars I would have bid on: Alpina B10, Ford Thames van (company vehicle and dog transport), SWB G Wagen, an affordable if rough around the edges 300SEL 6.3! I'd probably be divorced by now.
