Could we/should we use our collective knowledge and contacts to develop our own kit(s)?

Sounds like a great idea, should we start a specific thread for that?

The only way to be certain is to measure what is fitted to your car.

Makes a lot of sense. Would be a pity to get it wrong...

I am a little confused about the Rasant kit.    There was a video a week or so ago of Brewer’s SC (with much  jubilation) making 200HP.   So I’m assuming his car was/is a 180HP US spec SC...

A while ago Peter Tognola sent me a plot of a similar US spec SC.   The engine is bone stock (not even rebuilt).   He put PMOs, SSIs and a CDI+ on it, that’s all.   Plot shows 232HP.

What am I missing?

Only .1 bhp less than my ROW SC on CIS and 964 cams  ;)

(nice looking trumpets though)

I don't think a US spec SC is 180hp is it. I thought more about 160hp. 52hp seems like a big hike for just ITBs and SSIs (and CDI+). Mine doesn't put out that much, although it hasn't been rolling roaded since the rebuild.

No, the US spec SC is defo 180HP.
