Final touches being done at the painter at the rear. 

 

In the meantime I used oven cleaner on my black window frames and started sanding them before polish. They clean up quitte nice!

Car will be painted in PTS Black Olive 2A7.

In colour!

While I was a week on holiday in the Italian Dolomites (great driving roads btw) I got some updates from the painter.

So the 911 is back at home. Hard to get the colour on a photo. 

Started with some small jobs and than the headliner. Came out nice for my first headliner ever. Next job is the wiring. Installing an Adapt Motorsport fuse box with modern fuses and relais for the lights.

Working on the wiring. If anybody has a good diagram and fuse box layout for a 76 that would be a lot of help.

Engine is back in the car. The fuchs have been fitted with Pirelli CN36 tires (185/70 and 215/60). Now the rest :).

As mentioned above, that's a great colour choice, it will look something special once finished

Thanks guys! Might be a bit McQueen. I try to make it a subtle outlaw with some nice touches here and there. 

Colour came out better than I expected but it is hard to capture on a photo as shown in the photos below. Last week it went back to the painter for final wetsand and polish. Picked it up Friday.

Been doing a lot of work but almost all small things. Also changed all the brake disc, bled the system. Wiring on the lights etc etc. 

Some major ones. Had the exhaust cerakoted and installed it. 

 

Installed the RS carpet set. Also ordered ST seats from D'eser and door cards from CarBone.
