Hi all. Looking for some advice on the oil pump.

Long story short there was swarf in engine. All sorted and wondered about changing the pump. Pump seems in order - can it be cleaner and put back or best replace to be on safe side?

they are pretty expensive to replace.

many thanks

Super easy to open up and inspect, just for nuts and two locator pins. You will see straight away if it's eaten anything!

And yes, they are expensive and you have to split he case to replace it so its a total engine rebuild.
