Hi all

I’m looking to improve the stance of my SC

and might look to go 8j on the front and 9j on the rear with ET15 would this work without any rubbing?

Can I just say that there is really no such thing as a 'J size'.

The number, 6, 7, 8 etc is the wheel width and the J denominates the bead seat profile.

You have to fit tyres with the same bead profile as the wheels.

That said, J is by far the most common bead profile for cars.

I think that if you want 8" wheels on the front you probably want 951s (pre ABS 944 turbo) like Ivan has on his and secondly, you want a gym membership.to build your upper body strength.

Right, I'm taking my anorak back off.

Cheers Ivan! 🍻 I also have 8s on the front and have no problem steering, even with a smaller diameter steering wheel than standard. You get used to doing all the steering with the car rolling when possible, and let's remind ourselves, ALL cars were like this before power steering became commonplace on everyday cars.
