He had a 911 who had been sitting in his shed ( and I mean shed) since 1998. Was I interested .. ? Do bears $hit in the woods / are seagulls up for a snack? Etc… back and forth and Some weeks later bagged & Tagged baby! 98.000 km, no rust at all, engine been rebuilt but then left.. ill strip it down anyways and check.. Maybe a M1 Melissa cam and a set of AT Power itbs? And leave stock aside from that? Couldnt find any rust. axel Posted March 1 Author Share Posted March 1 (edited) well now the fun begins, aquiring nice parts. first out, a complete Eisenmann 42 MM setup to allow the engine to breathe a bit more than SSIs allow. I have read the shitshow thread on here where Chris was less than impressed with them, hopefully that set can be marked down as a lemon friday afternoon production specimen.... its a 3.2 shortstroke which may go wilder still with ITBs so hopefully that engine will benefit from breathing a bit better..
