Parking light contact

Hello ,

The Bentley exterior lights diagram has a ‘parking light contact’  switch selecting right / left and fed from the ignition in the off position. Where is that switch on the dash?

Never tried it on my two, but parking  light usually works by putting the side lights on, then using the indicator stalk to select the side you want and the lights to stay on and they just stay on on that side.

No dash switch.

Update, I  was curious and so just tried my SC. No parking light function (UK car) I will try the 3.2 later.

It does work on my BMW, but needs full beam selected rather than side lights.

turns out it’s the indicator switch. 
when the ignition is off it’s the parking light switch for either side.

Might be a regional thing as I don't think my 88' does that, just the first notch on the light switch.  All my older VW/Audi stuff has that function on the stalk.

Just been out to check my ‘86, yes it’s got parking lights, everyday is a school day
