I wasn’t aware that these were a thing until I saw a post on FB earlier about Red Bull visits to MK7.  It seems they have quite a few planned this year.  Price is £300 for a couple of hours with refreshments included.  There were quite a few comments about the price and some compared it with the Williams visit price of £85, so Red Bull seemingly isn’t alone in offering these.  Has anyone done a visit like this, does anyone else offer them?

I did a Jordan test day at Silverstone back in the day , full access to the track , access to the pit garage , lunch and a chat with the drivers .. that was £100 back then

£300 for 2hrs and refreshments 😬

Why not spend the same money and make a  memorable day out of it including a slap up lunch,

Turin to see the Museo Nazionale dell' Automobile

Or, Bologna to see the Ducati Museum and Factory tour

Or, Milan to see the Alpha Romeo museum

Or, Munich to see the BMW and Audi museums

Or, Stuttgart to see the Porsche and Mercedes museums

When we were Chiltern Region RO’s we organised a visit to Reynard when they were at the top of their game. They gave us a full tour and refreshments and charged us £0.

I wonder 🤔

Just do it Ian, you'll find any F1 factory tour a very interesting experience 😎

AMF1, McLaren and Williams also offer tours in varying forms 👍

Ferrari, Haas, Audi, RB, Mercedes, Alpine, Andretti don't offer tours 👎

Looking forward to 2x special factory visits booked up for next Fri

One is free 😉 but the other might cost me my 964 or 930 or both 🥲

I did The Race F1 Podcast Live in Birmingham last weekend, was fun!

I see Lewis has been to Maranello now - full testing starts in a month. Awesome!

I will make this a full F1 thread as we are always touching on it.

Bologna is great but the Ducati museum is only worth it for absolute anoraks (hello)! Not done a factory tour though so that would be cool.

The Hotel Turismo in the centre is great - highly recommend.

Enjoyed a Ducati factory tour with a bunch of work mates from a stunningly gorgeous tour guide 🥰

When she asked, 'would anyone like to touch my desmondo cam shaft' I was nearly crushed by the crowd surge 🤣

That might be their policy as the girl on the door when I went was also lush 🤣

I really hope Lewis is fired up for this season (how could he not be?). It could be a cracker!

I mean come on, what a guy 😎

You can’t turn up like that and not be fired up.

It would be great to have a season where at least 3 manafacturers are in the running all the way to the end. I think I speak for a lot of people who got bored when it was firstly Lewis, then Max just dominating season after season.

Best chance for this will be this year

Next year see the biggest technical changes in the history of F1 so one team will nail it

Will be intriguing to see how both 2026 championships evolve 🤔

Could anyone's guess who wins 😵‍💫

Think I know who will be dead last, team will get a right old kicking in the Ingolstadt's 😖
