You would have to put a serious "kink" in it to fit a spoilered car

I did fit it but as matt says it was to close to the rubber lip, so took it off and sold it on

I know it's not as "racy" but the standard 3.2 Carrera front A-arm tow/skid bracket (part number 91134103702) works fine with the rubber front lip spoiler:
