Turbo LE Posted August 9, 2007 Share Posted August 9, 2007 I have a 89 930 Turbo LE , When i purchased it last year the previus owner gave me a couple of bottles of fuel additive . one measure each time i fill the tank ,He said because it's lead free petrol. Can anyone tell me Do i have to use this and does it make a difference to performance, does my engine need to be tuned in any way so not to use this or does it not make any difference. Back in the 70s 'Motor' mag did a series of 'supercar' articles, which included a 911 Turbo in (and my memory is probably failing me) something similar to that colour. Opie Oils have free delivery this weekend and as Shell Petrol Stations are few and far between up here in the sticks, thinking of an additive.
