Wash day now which polish?

Gave the car a good wash today, I used to use zymol products many years ago when I had a 993

ive finally brought car home properly now after owning for 8 years, I’ve built a garage for it and now no more putting away in a storage unit,

so I’m wondering what is recommended best polish everyone is using, I have various different stuff what I use on the daily vw t6, but need to buy more and would appreciate any recommendations done a search but seem older posts.

also what can I use for engine bay? Or is it not to bad
