Stimbow Posted January 30 Posted January 30 I’m looking to purchase some 17” Fuchs replica wheels for my 1982 SC targa. Has anyone got these fitted to their car? If yes, what’s your opinion on them? Any clearance problems etc? Quality? Etc.
Beaky Posted Saturday at 11:22 Posted Saturday at 11:22 May I ask why you want to go to17" wheels? No expert here but I think the general consensus is that any gains in tyre choices are far outweighed by the additional weigh and handling compromises they cause.
Stimbow Posted 23 hours ago Author Posted 23 hours ago I just like the look of them. My SC came to me with 17” cup 1 wheels fitted and drives fine. If it came with original Fuchs in 15” or 16” Fuchs I’d keep them, but for now I’m looking at all options.
