Hello All,

I am from Thailand and Porsche enthusiast. I am lucky enough to own and drive a few Porsche cars.
Recently I just acquired 1988 Club Sport RHD and this is my first classic 911.

I truly enjoy driving it hard with a manual and I feel very connected to this car. I am new to this classic Porsche so I really hope to learn more from this forum, I do love DIY. Now, I am just a happy guy who just feel in love with a classic 911 and want to share some pics with you (might be a bit heavy)

Cheer!

Good to see you here!  How’s that AC doing over there?

Originally my CS didn't have AC.

However, I found a UK base company who is specialist for classic aircon retrofit. His system is fully electric and it is very compact so I think my CS is probably first Porsche to install with his system.

So far so good and working well even in a hot day in Thailand.

I think I know that guy. 😂😂😂

It was a pleasure overseeing the install.

You travelled all the way there to install? Man, that's customer service

I wish.  Was originally in the UK, lovely car.  Precision Porsche did the install, only down the road from me.

Hello all, I'm a new joiner to your group having purchased a 1986 Carrera that is well known to the group I believe. Previously owned by Paul who lives in the same village. I had a completely standard 1985 car in guards red 20 years ago and I have had quite a variety of fun cars since, including a number of later Porsche models, but I am very happy to be back in an IB.

All the best, I look forward to connecting over time.

John

Hello all, Muru here. I am living in Hobart, Tassie and have joined this forum thanks to a good mate egging me!

My dad and I have a 56 A and a 97 C2S. I just became the owner, after 15 mths of searching, bargaining and finally getting my dream 84 Targa in Guards Red. Car here is pictured in the prev Owners garage and was bought sight unseen.

Thank you and look forward to meeting you all one day!

Muru
