Hi Nick, Thanks for sharing the info. It's still nice to know there's a 1 owner RHD C2.7 out there in Magenta, even if not the Earl's Court one. The motor show one isn't on the public dvla website. Not that I'm asking you to check this one, but I'd be interested to know if a HPI check is possible on a car's 1st registration or subsequent one, or is it only possible on the current, unknown registration?

Brightwells offered this at auction sometime last year, the estimate was around this price, can't remeber if it was sold or withdrawn. Nice colour combo.

Hi All, Just to clarify the info from the DVLA website, GLP is currently off the road and declared SORN. If it had a current tax disc its status would be "licenced". Try your everyday car to check. Raven930, is this your understanding of the position re GLP?

Hi N, It was earlier this year, it had 200k miles on it and was described the same as DanG's car, i.e. no rust but paint needed attention and no smoke or rattles from the engine. It was $6500 at a time when the £ was just under 2$.

Hi Guy, Many thanks for the info. 5 miles from where I live is a one owner* C3 in Ice Blue. Last time I saw it about 6 years ago it seemed the owner was trying to start a trend for "rat look" IBs!!!! It's currently sorned according to the DVLA website. It's a non Sport but I've no idea on the interior or options. It also has a desirable reg which it had from new. I've only spoken to him once through work 3 years ago and mentioned the car and its colour. He told me the name but I haven't been able to find reference to it which is why I asked. The way he explained I thought it was a "match to sample" colour. From what I remember it looks fantastic with cookies. * - I wouldn't be surprised if it's 2 owners according to the V5, as it was probably in the company name first and then registered in the MD's name.

Hi baron, That's a tasty looking car, could you send some pictures please to Carrera3man for his website, as the gallery needs more cookie cutters in it Hi bert, I haven't heard of the lux pack before in relation to the C3, I thought it was a 2.7 model only on the IB and an option on the pre IB. Could you tell me what it included please, as you seem to be a bit of a guru on the C3 Whilst on the subject of C3 options was the "colour match to sample" paint option available at that time as I've seen it on a '79 Turbo. If not available could someone tell me if Ice Blue was a special order solid colour on the C3? Thanks.
