I’ll put you all out of your misery then. Mr F1 I think has spent too much time in Italy with their imaginary horses....:P

Standard 3.2 with 993SS cams, SSI’s , standard induction and some secret skunkworks internal mods, gives a grand total of.....

HP Sauce: 260

Torx: 230

Wayne tweaked the fuelling again and now the engine idles better and has, dare I say it, a bit more ‘zing’...

Excellent for a 3.2, and I think backs up the use of SSIs on these engines.

I wonder if a standard 3.2 exhaust would have delivered more peak bhp? I think SSIs perhaps elongate the torque curve to start earlier in the range but ultimately hit the same peak figure as a standard setup.
